Effective 7 July 2026 · Version 1
Titria Trends ("the app") is a blood sugar self-monitoring and doctor-communication tool. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It reflects the in-app privacy and consent form that every user accepts before use.
The app does not collect your location, contacts, browsing history, or advertising identifiers.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with anyone except the doctor you explicitly link.
Only if you tap Connect on the app's home screen: Titria Trends reads your daily step count and active calories from Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android) to show them beside your sugar readings, and writes the blood sugar, blood pressure and weight you log in the app into that health app. No other health data is read. Steps and calories become part of your Titria record and are visible to a doctor or family member you have linked. You can stop this at any time from the same card, and revoke the permission in your phone's health settings. This data is never used for advertising or shared with anyone else.
Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure, protected by authentication and server-side security rules. Where an artificial-intelligence service processes your information, that processing runs on Google Cloud in India. Your password is stored by Firebase Authentication and is never visible to us or to your doctor.
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account in the app, your data is deleted immediately. Deletion requests made by email are honored within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
A prescription issued to you through the app is a medico-legal record, which the treating doctor is required to retain. Prescriptions are therefore not deleted when you delete your account — everything else is. Once issued, a prescription can never be edited or deleted by anyone; a correction is issued as a new prescription that supersedes the earlier one. Download any prescriptions you wish to keep before deleting your account, because deleting it removes your access to them.
Your doctor may offer a video consultation inside the app. Before every call, both you and the doctor agree that the call is recorded. Calls run on 100ms, a video service whose servers for us are located in India. The audio of the call is turned into written notes by Google Gemini on Google Cloud in India; your doctor reads, corrects and approves those notes before you see them, and they are not a prescription. The recording is deleted from our systems as soon as the notes are written; 100ms retains its copy for up to 15 days and then deletes it. Approved notes are part of your medical record and, like prescriptions, are retained by the clinic even if you delete your account.
Patients aged 18 and over may use Titria Trends themselves. For a patient under 18, a parent or legal guardian must set up the account, give consent during registration, and supervise its use; the treating doctor confirms that consent at the clinic. A guardian may withdraw consent at any time by deleting the account.
Titria Trends is a record-keeping and communication tool. It does not provide medical advice, does not replace consultations with a registered medical practitioner, and is not intended for medical emergencies. AI-generated calorie and prescription readings are estimates and may contain errors — always verify with your doctor.
If this policy changes materially, the app will ask you to review and accept the updated consent before continuing. Each acceptance is recorded with its version and date.
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Thane / Mumbai, Maharashtra. Our Terms of Use apply to all use of the app.
