Titria Trends

Terms of Use

Version 1 (EULA) · Effective 19 July 2026

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Titria Trends ("the app"), you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What the app is — and is not

Titria Trends is a self-monitoring and communication tool for people managing diabetes and related conditions. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and nothing in the app is medical advice. Decisions about your treatment are made only by you and your registered medical practitioner.

Not for emergencies

Never rely on the app in an emergency. For symptoms of severe low or high blood sugar or any urgent condition, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.

Your account and responsibilities

Keep your sign-in method secure and your information accurate. You are responsible for the data you enter; the usefulness of reports and trends depends on it. One account per person.

AI features

Calorie counts, prescription readings, and similar outputs are computer-generated estimates shown for your review — they can be wrong. Confirm anything important with your doctor before acting on it.

Doctor connection and chat

Linking a doctor shares your records read-only and enables chat. Chat is for routine questions, not emergencies, and does not by itself create a consultation. Your doctor's professional advice remains governed by their practice and applicable regulations.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: no attempting to access other people's data, no uploading unlawful content, no interfering with the service.

Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten the security of other users' data.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titria Trends and its operators are not liable for losses arising from reliance on app content, service interruptions, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be shown in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Thane / Mumbai, Maharashtra.
